Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gospelapparelshop.com. We will direst you through the return process. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gospel Apparel Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gospel Apparel, we value every customer who chooses to wear their faith boldly. Before finalising your purchase, please take a moment to review our policy so you know exactly how our returns and exchanges work.


Change of Mind / Exchange

If a change of mind occurs, your item(s) may be eligible for an exchange or store credit of equal value (in the form of a Gospel Apparel e-gift card).
This store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Gospel Apparel reserves the right to decline returns that fall outside the 15-day period or are not in their original condition.
    In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will not be covered by Gospel Apparel.


Refunds

Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
If approved, the purchase amount (excluding delivery fees) will be refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or an error occurred on our part.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are processed as store credit (no expiry). Refunds are not provided for cancelled orders once processing has begun.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@gospelapparelshop.com with your order number, full name, and a short explanation of your return reason.

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the warehouse address.

  3. Carefully package your item(s) and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable postal service.

  4. Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.

  5. If your return meets our conditions, we’ll issue your exchange, store credit, or refund accordingly.
